We have developed an inclusive employment model and provide fair trade to fine aroma cacao farmers with disabilities, helping to raise collective awareness of the valuable contributions people with disabilities make to society and the creation of exceptional products.

03 WORKPLACE INCLUSION FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES Our inclusive chocolate production model is centered in the northwestern region of Ecuador. We collaborate with local farmers, promoting the implementation of workplace inclusion policies for people with disabilities at every stage of the production chain, from harvest to the production and commercialization of Rights Chocolate We work directly with cooperatives and grower associations, ensuring that the cacao is harvested ethically and sustainably
