Just Kibbeh was born out of a long-time passion for bringing authentic, high-quality food to people.
For years, we've been exploring various food business ideas—whether a restaurant, a supermarket, or something entirely new.

During our journey, we realized that while kibbeh is widely available, what we were truly missing was an authentic, flavorful experience.

After trying countless versions from different places, we never found a kibbeh that could compare to my grandmother's recipe—one that's been passed down for 120 years.

Many of the versions we tried were either lacking in quality or flavor, leaving us disappointed.      MISSION :To bring the authentic flavors of Lebanese kibbeh to tables across the USA.
VISION: To become the leading kibbeh factory in the USA by preserving and sharing the rich culinary heritage of kibbeh with a modern touch.
