Our cheese bread has a unique flavor. Among our variety of bread this is one of the most delicious, and at the same time, one of the best sellers for its texture, size, and flavor. Also ideal to prepare excellent sandwiches.

 

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS: Take out of the freezer and let thaw, let rise for 1 hour approx. When it doubled its size, apply an egg wash and sprinkle cheese on top (included). If working with a proofer, program relative humidity to 60 and 90 o F. temp. For 25 30 minutes or until it doubles its size. Take out of the proofer and let dry for 2 mins. Apply an egg wash and sprinkle.
