Settling in Colombias Antioquia valleys, they adapted their ancestral recipe with local spices.
Today, the Ochoa family recipe lives on in DELAO, a brand rooted in tradition, blending the flavors of the past with the present. Today, we can savor this recipe, which motivates us to offer more. As a result, we bring you five recipes that blend our present with special and exotic fruits, just like those that flourish in Colombia.
